Based on a highly successful strategy implemented at the Greenwich College Group (formerly the College of North West London), this resource consists of detailed guidance notes outlining how the associated framework can be adapted and employed to develop a Peer Review approach for Higher Education tutors, distinct from existing FE Observation of Teaching and Learning approaches.
The aim is to increase the engagement of Hourly Paid and, where relevant, Contracted Higher Education staff with personal scholarly activities, encourage greater integration into the wider HE community within their specific college and, where appropriate, act to identify, reinforce and support CPD requirements.
