Summary
This publication is a compendium of all NUS’ work on learning and teaching enhancement from 2013 – 2015. It contains benchmarking tools of various aspects of the academic experience. It also outlines NUS’ views on what needs to be prioritised for enhancement in today’s universities and other higher education providers. You can use the benchmarking tools at a course, departmental, faculty or whole institution level; they are a good starting point for discussions between staff and students about how you can work together to identify and prioritise improvements to the student academic experience. The tools could also be used to form a foundation for exploring how a more scholarly learning experience might be further forged.
