A Toolkit for Professional Development: The Continuum Model of Scholarship

This resource is designed to enhance and support the professional development of practitioners, with particular respect to the interrelationship between teaching and learning and their scholarship/scholarly activity. The toolkit will provide those who teach in HE a framework to self-evaluate their scholarly activity in a way which is meaningful, aspirational and developmental. This can be undertaken as self-directed activity, or mentor-supported, or as part of institutional CPD. The toolkit is aligned to the UK Professional Standards Framework and informed by the Continuum Model of Scholarship (Collins, 2016): Here.
